This is my second review, but I had another excellent visit to the Halifax dealership. I went in to look at a new helmet and ended up buying one. I want to give a thank you to the salesman Michael who helped me with my questions. My husband and I spoke briefly with one of the salesmen, Norm, as we were looking at the beautiful bikes, because why make the trip from Tusket to Halifax and not look at everything. Every time the staff is very helpful and extremely friendly. There is no pressure to buy just knowledgeable staff who will chat about the joys of motorcycling.

I contacted the dealership and spoke with the salesman, Dylan and he was extremely helpful. When we visited and my husband sat on the it was not what he wanted. Even though we did not buy a new bike from them both the salesmen that we chatted with were very friendly and knowledgeable about the bikes. I did end up buying a new set of Cardo bike communicators. I want to give a big thank you to Mathew and Jared from accessories, who helped me out and demonstrated the process and ease of installing the communicator on a helmet. They were also great in helping me figure out what set I needed to best suit my needs. Rallye Halifax has wonderful helpful staff.

I just want to give a big shoutout to Lori. A few weeks ago I stopped by to look at womens gear. Womens gear is hard to find and the selection is usually slim. Rallye had an amazing selection. Lori was so knowledgeable about the current inventory, sizing and specific fit for new and older models of gear. I tried on many pieces of gear that day and happily purchased the 2023 Klim altitude set. Its the best fit I have ever had in gear. I am two weeks into a bike tour and could not be happier with the gear. I also picked up a Klim mono suit. Cant wait to test it this winter. Lori was the only one on the floor when I was in the store. She helped 5 others while keeping track of all the gear I tried on. She is a gem to be recognized.

I stopped in with friends while on a trip from the States to the Maritimes. One in our group needed chain maintenance and Rallye Motoplex in New Brunswick was able to assist him as a walk-in. They were very helpful and professional! While waiting for my friends chain to be serviced, I looked around for a new communications system. All my riding buddies had SENA and I had CARDO. They didn't seen to be very compatible, so I decided to buy a SENA, which Rallye Motoplex had in stock...the 30K. I purchased it and we were soon on our way. We ran into a torrential downpour and the unit seemed to succumb to the rain even though it's supposed to be water proof/water resistant. The unit had been sold to me by Lisa and, being aware of my apprehension with anything "tech", she provided her personal cell number and asked that I give her a call if anything went wrong or I had questions. When the unit began to have problems after the rain, I called Lisa. She asked that I bring the unit in if I was coming back through, which I was. Lisa promptly exchanged the damaged unit for a brand new one and I was on my way again! Haven't had problems with it since! Overall great experience. Azeem in sales was phenomenal start to finish purchasing a new motorcycle and facilitating a reasonable trade-in. Only hitch was that I had asked for a recall and CPU update to be taken care of before I came from out of province to pick the bike up. This wasn't done until after I had paid, despite signing a purchase agreement days before (took about 2.5 hours), which was unexpected, but they comped my first service to make it right. Definitely recommended.

I could not have been more pleased with his attention to both me as a customer and individual, and the excellent service my motorcycle received. Its been 10 years since my last bike purchase, and I had something in mind but wasnt landed on exactly the bike I was looking for. I had been researching a number of adventure oriented Motorcycles, and I knew I wanted to land in the Middleweight category. Made a few calls to dealers, and I will just say the experience for this 53 year old wasnt great. Made my first inquiry over the web, and although the Motorcycle Dealer side was closed on Monday, received my first call to chat about my wants, riding style, and a great open discussion on options. Suggested that he will contact someone and I will receive a call on Tuesday to discuss further my thoughts on options. Tuesday received my first call from Gerald Keizer, and we continued the discussion, and we landed on the Great Middleweight F850GS. Spent the next day talking options, with Gerald, and Mike Goguen, and although limited on Stock, Mike was able to find the exact bike I was looking, plus a few little extras. Cant say enough about the exceptional remote and virtual sales experience with Gerald, and Mike. And then to top it all off, they delivered the bike to Halifax. I purchased my Roadmaster online through Mike Goguen. He was very helpful and patient with all my questions. We had so much fun buying a pair of ATV's from Gerald Keyzer the other day. The whole process was so easy and so personable. They totally tried to match the right bike to our needs. No body was pushy or trying to upsell, they get excited to see you excited. Gerald even dropped the bike off same day at like 8 at night in the middle of nowhere. My husband purchased a BMW R1200GS, as well as all his apparel, from these folks years ago and was very satisfied with the service. When I started riding, I purchased my apparel from Atlantic Motoplex and found the saleswoman very knowledgeable and helpful. Last week, we purchased a Yamaha scooter for our eldest daughter and, again, received excellent service. Our salesperson, Gerald, was FANTASTIC and Reg was great with the financing part of it. Travelled from saint john this week to purchase a side by side. Bre and Mike went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and I was able to leave with a UTV. Had an amazing trip; I was in the market for a new motorcycle when the Triumph Rocket III Roadster caught my eye. However it was short lived as I soon saw the decked out Rocket X, and I knew that was the bike for me. So I added my name to the list, half expecting to never hear my name picked. When out of the blue in July 2015 I received a call from Atlantic Motoplex asking if I was still interested in the Rocket X. I most certainly was, so I caught the next plane out to Moncton, NB with a day pack, License plate and Helmet and bought myself a limited edition motorcycle. I drove it home to Winnipeg- most amazing trip ever; 5500km of gorgeous scenery.

Price was reasonable and the warranty Dan found for the bike is more than I expected for years of warranty. Rick mentioned this survey and possibly me getting $100 dollars in yamaha bucks.. there are a few accessories I need for the bike. I purchased the 2014 Demo camo grizzly back at start of June of this year.
